Hi Meiban team

Thank you for the great and innovative work done on the SMT molding for the Latch PHA. During the Risk Run of this part, we have the opportunity to witness a very smooth trial run of the 8 cavity (4x2 layer) mold running in tandem. Everything came together in sequence and the 2 molds and 2 press on 1 is working in perfect harmony too!

With this approach, we can now go back to our calculators to realise approximately 30% savings in process cost. And maximise our output with savings on tool costs as well as the need for suppliers to invest/use an additional injection molding press.

Please keep it up and continue to strive on for more innovative ideas.
